“Usually don’t do this buuut…”Best Cheer provided me With an Excellent Customer experience all around.. Remodeling can be Stressful and an overwhelming undertaking.. Here at Best Cheer some of that burden was alleviated by the Helpful women at the Front desk. Not limited to a young lady guiding me to where there was complementary Coffee station w/ cream (oat Milk) to Sophie who guided Me from the showroom to the warehouse answering my questions and concerns. I have commitment issues so when spending almost 30 grand on a kitchen having a knowledgeable Person to guide me through it was immensely helpful. She listened, provided feedback and solutions. A true asset in any service is Making a customer feel comfortable and cared for. I was so at ease I Prbly stepped out of my budget a bit, but I couldn’t be happier w/ the results and scheme she helped me decide on.. In all Honesty I came to this store not on the best of situations. A flakey Contractor Named Jim of Renovation City , a real wirey frail guy ( steer clear ) had made orders before abandoning the job.. I say that bc It turned into a Happy accident and I’m grateful to the staff at best cheer for understanding and providing a positive Solution to the situation, bc I after a 2 months of demo I needed a fckn kitchen asap, and within a wk I Was able to make it possible.*Do note that Returns are Difficult / impossible so Double and triple check measurements, colors , types etc etc. before buying…5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️For Convenience, Price, Quality, Selection, and the Professionalism of a welcoming and helpful staff!!I’ll definitely be back, when my Bank account allows me , I didn’t know Home owning was so expensive FML 😮‍💨 lol

STAY AWAY!! The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of material from these people and the price is the only thing that kept me coming back. The girls in the front are awful. It takes an act of congress to get them out of their chairs and away from TikTok long enough to help you with anything. If you’re lucky enough to pull them away from their screens long enough to answer your questions, they treat you like you’re stupid and make it as difficult as possible to place an order in an effort to frustrate you to the point of giving up. If you actually get an order placed, be sure to check every item because they will fail to send you with vital parts. I tried calling over a dozen times to have parts sent to me (I’m from out of state), and they just continued to place the blame on someone that was conveniently “out of the office.” When I finally demanded a manager, Emmanuel took the call and verbally berated me, and said he was canceling my account with the company and that I wouldn’t be getting anything from them. He continued to insult and talk down to me the entire time. Whatever you do, STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE! The prices can’t get cheap enough for me to deal with this group of inept individuals. Good riddance!

As another person in the customer service field I was underwhelmed with the front desk staff. Our contractor made an appointment for us to go see our granite slabs and they didn’t even have them. Then they tried to tell us they were “just under a different name”. Not so!!! Enter:purchase with caution.

As someone who works in sales/customer service, I’m pretty disappointed in the way the girls at the front desk of the cabinet side of the store. First time I went they looked bothered to see someone walking into the store. I asked my mom if she had been there before and she said yes that that’s the energy they had when she went. Fast forward, we call to make sure I am good to pick up my cabinets and the first girl to answer had an attitude with my mom at this point she puts my mom on pause to “check” then someone else picks the call up and also has an attitude with her. At this point I was tired of it and took over because I was hearing it all on speaker. They still give me an attitude and tell me I’m ok to pick up my order. I was still asking questions and she just hung up on me. I get to the store and was informed they didn’t open Saturdays for my kind of order but Andy was super kind and helped me out. I called ahead of time to make sure as I had to rent a uhaul and live an hour away from the store. I truly hope that the girls get some customer service education as it makes a big difference. They are the first people customers make an interaction with, and from here it affects the rest of the transaction process. Only reason why I bought my cabinets here was due to pricing and the other associates.
